Room for Improvement in Communication
This was my first time going through a process like this, and overall it was an educational experience. I really appreciate Joshua’s help throughout. That said, I do wish the experience had been more beginner-friendly—more of a “101” to help guide someone new through the steps. There were a few times I had to reach out for updates, and occasionally it felt like Joshua was either really busy or not fully up to date on my case, which made me feel like my case might not have been a priority. In the future, I think it would be helpful to have regular check-ins from the representative’s side, rather than waiting for the client to follow up. Taking the time to get to know the client could also make a big difference—not only in building trust but also in better understanding the case. After all, this is about helping someone navigate a difficult situation and seek compensation for a real injury.
